Revision Policy

Your selected plan includes a set number of revisions. Request changes within this limit to align the design with your vision. Enjoy design adjustments at no extra cost within the provided concepts, and we aim to enhance your satisfaction. Revisions are usually completed within 48 hours.

Kindly note that any modifications requested post-finalization of website designs will be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency. Please take note of the following conditions related to refund eligibility:

• Refunds do not apply to special packages.
• Once the primary design concept is approved, refunds will not be processed.
• No refunds if revisions have been requested.
• Cancellation unrelated to company performance is not eligible.
• No contact with the company for over 2 weeks voids the refund policy.
• Violation of company policies nullifies the refund.
• Seeking services elsewhere for the same project voids the refund.
• Refunds do not apply if the creative brief lacks essential information.
• Demanding a complete design change nullifies the refund policy.
• Refund requests beyond the specified time frame are not entertained.
• Business closure or name change does not warrant a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable for reasons like 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with a partner.
• Dissatisfaction with a specific service within a bundle results in a refund for that service only, not the entire bundle.
• No refunds after 15 days from the purchase date.
• Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting services are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the design and the website enters development.
• Applicable only if initial designs are completely rejected; additional concepts or modifications may incur a 33% deduction.

Note: Graphic Loom Studio reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as deemed necessary. After a refund, designs become the sole property of Graphic Loom Studio, and clients relinquish any rights to use them.
